With reference Section 4 of RTE all the DEOs, MEOs & GHMs are informed to that NCERT has declared that the surveys done by NCERT in our state are not satisfactory. The students are unable to read, write. The 3rd standard students must be able to do additions, subtractions and 5th class students must be able to do Divisions. comprehensive understanding and writing should be improved in all subjects at the standard of 6th class onwards.
Work Plan:
1. Baseline test in the subjects telugu, english & mathematics should be conducted for the students from 3rd class to 8th class.
2. Students must identify the English alphabets and words
3. Students must be able to do Additions, Subtractions, Multiplications & Divisions
4. After evaluation the answer scripts students should be divided in to three gruops A, B, C.
