Government of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will announce the schedule for conduct of Badi Bata program in all schools of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in the month of June every year. In this regard Government will release a detailed guidelines to the HMs of Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools for conduct of Badi Bata program in schools of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Day wise schedule will be communicated to all the Head Masters to conduct Badi Bata in their schools. Head Masters will conduct all the programs related to Badi Bata as per the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of School Education time to time.
A students rally must be conducted during the Badi Bata on the 1st day of the program. Students must show the placards of slogans showing the benefits of Joining children in to Government Schools. All the slogans must be chanted loudly by the students during this rally.
