Employees Health Scheme – Providing Cashless Medical treatment to the State Government Employees, Pensioners and their dependent family members – Extended till 30.06.2019 - Orders – Issued. HEALTH, MEDICAL & FAMILY WELFARE (A1) DEPARTMENT vide the GO.67 Dt:12-07-2018.
In the GO.Ms.25 Dt:6-4-2018, orders have been issued for implementing Scheme of reimbursement as well as “Employees health scheme” up to June, 2018.
In the reference GO.Ms.97 Dt:7-6-2018 and GO.Ms.98 Dt:7-6-2017, read above, Government have issued comprehensive guidelines for providing cashless and qualitative treatment to the State Government Employees, Pensioners and their dependent family members and establishment of (14) Wellness Centers for Medicines / Drugs for outpatient investigation to the State Government Employees, Pensioners, Working and Retired and their dependent family members. Though these orders were issued, the scheme has yet to commence in a full fledged manner.
Accordingly, Government after careful examination, hereby extend both the schemes of Reimbursement and the Employees Health Scheme to be run in the same manner till 30.06.2019 or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
