A Meeting was held with the Department of Digital Education with AP Model Schools Academic wing, it is decided to introduce ICT in the year 2018-19 in AP Model Schools, to complete the syllabus it is required nearly 50 periods (25 theory and 25 Practical) are needed.
In this context, it is proposed to conduct 4 periods per week on ICT for 6th, 7th and 8th class students duly suppressing remedial or computer periods. The test books will be reached to the DEO office of the districts by Feb-2019, Hence all the Principals of the Andhra Pradesh Model Schools may be requested to collect the books from DEO Office.

For implementing ICT Curriculum necessary instructions may be issued to all the Model School Principals duly mentioning that a suitable time table may be prepared for classes and receiving text books from DEO office and isntructions may be given to all the DEOs to entrust some one to collect the books and distribute to AP Model Schools
