Online TC to AP School students - Online Transfer Certificate
Online TC, Online Transfer Certificate to students in AP, Head Master shall issue Online Transfer Certificate, Online TC is mandatory from 2019-20.
AP Government decided to issue Online Transfer Certificate to AP Students in through the Head Masters of the Government schools, A Module has been developed in cse.ap.gov.in so as a transfer certificate/TC can be issued online in cse website by logging through the school credentials.
All Head Masters will be given username and password to use in cse.ap.gov.in. Head Mastes will have to login on the website using their school username and passwords for issuance of Online TC/Transfer Certificates to the students. After logging in the website an option will be given to head master to select their district, Mandal, School and Child name to who the Head Master wants to issue the Tc. after selecting the student name and after submitting an Online TC/Transfer Certificate will be generated.
The Head Master has to save it in to a PDF file and take the printout of the online TC and issue to the student concerned. The same student will be joined in any another school by using his online TC. So Government will come to know that the student who is taking TC from the existing school and in which school the same student is getting admission.
For this process Head Masters and Senior School Assistant may be give training on issuance of Online TC.
