The under mentioned Principals of Model schools are here by informed
that, the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad has decided to
implement Vocational Education in identified 20 Model Schools in the State.
courses is being implemented on par with other States.
In this connection the Director of School Education, has constituted a
committee. The committee members have suggested to implement the following
courses (Trades) :
2. Beauty& Wellness,
3. Security,
4. IT /ITES
5. Retailing Trades
The above courses have been allocated to the 20 Model Schools based on
the location of the school situated and other facilities (List enclosed) further.
ach school will have 2 Trades out of 5 trades being introduced now
(list of Trades school wise is enclosed)with compulsory examination
along with other examination papers for 100 marks for the trade
chosen by each student. Accordingly the SSC certificate will be
designed adding one more Vocational Education Paper for 100 marks.
Students shall compulsorily study one of the two trades being
introduced in the school
Syllabus prescribed by the PSSCIVE will adopted and modified as
per need and request of local environment. The content copies
shall be printed and suppied to schools. Syllabus and nature of
practicum, required equipment will decided in the work shop
with expert agencies / individuals
