TRT-2017 High Court Clarification on SA LP Hindi post Qualification



Mr. Kanakappa & 143 others from Mahaboobnagar District have filed a petition against the State of Telangana regarding the Educational Qualification for the post of SA/LP Hindi pertaining to the TRT-2017 Notification.

They have filed the case on 29-11-2017.
The case was disposed of no costs on 18-12-2017 

The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents to Receive the Applications, process the same, issue the Hall tickets, and permit the petitioner to appear for the Written Examination for the post of School Assistant/Language Pandit (Hindi) pursuant to Notification No. 52 & 54 of 2017, dated 21-10-2017, in the interest of justice.

The prayer of the petitioner is to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring Rule 4(g) for School Assistant and III for Language Pandit (Hindi) issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 25, dated 10-10-2017 as being repugnant to the Central Act as wholly, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, discriminatory. and violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently declare that since the petitioner are holding Equivalent qualification they are entitled for consideration for recruitment to the post of School Assistant/Language Pandit (Hindi) pursuant to the Notification No. 52 and 54 of 2017, 'dated 21-10-2017 and based on the marks secured consider their cases fdr recruitment to the respective post with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and pass.
