Student digital device data in schooledu telangnaa website must be done by the Head Master/MEO concerned.
The Commissioner of School Education Telangana has issued instructions to all the Head Masters and Mandal Educational Officers in the state to enter the details of student digital devices data in schooledu telangana website that is schooledu.telangana.gov.in
As the students are viewing the digital lessons through Doordarshan DD Yadagiri and T-SAT channels from 1st September 2020, The commissioner of school education willing to know that how many students are watching the digital classes though Doordarshan and how many are through T-SAT.
The students who do not have any kind of digital device must attend the digital classes through the community viewing or in Gram Panchayath level by arrangements televisions. The number of such students may be identified in school and mandal level by the Head Masters and Teachers.
How to Enter Students Digital Device Data in schooledu telangana website
The Head Masters/MEOs should open schooledu.telangana.gov.in website
Click on Digital Classes Monitoring option which is available in menu
Enter school/mandal user name
Enter Password
Enter Captcha code
click on Submit
Enter in to Student Information
Go to Student Info in menu
Select Student e-Education Resource in from drop down menu
Select class in the next screen & click on submit
Student wise options will appear on screen which will enable us to enter the details like Availability of TV, Access with Smart Phone, Access with PC/Laptop with Internet, Name of the Monitoring Teacher, Mobile No. of the Monitoring Teacher, Students with No Digital Devices are mapped with.
All the details must be entered properly by the HM/MEO and click on submit.

After Entering all the details by all the Head Masters, Download the the Excel file from the HM/MEO login and submit to DEO through MEO.
