TS Reduced Syllabus 1st to 10th classes 2021 & Action plan
Govt of Telangana and School Education Department has issued instructions to reopen the schools for conduct of regular classes to 9th and 10th classes from 1st February 2021 onwards. In this regard the school education department has released the new reduced syllabus for the classes from 1st to 10th keeping in view of the late reopen of schools in the academic year 2020-21.
Due to COVID-19 the Schools have shutdown from 16th March 2020. To prevent the children from spread of COVID-19 government of telangana did not opened schools from March 2020. Students have been promoted to the next higher classes without examinations during the COVID-19 spread.
After that Government has taken some of the possible steps to start the academic activities. Conducting Digital Classes comes under these steps. The School Education Department has started conducting the digital classes from 1st September 2020 through Doordarshan and Nipuna vidya channels. TS SIET has given schedule of digital classes time to time.
Now, in view of downfall of COVID-19 cases Government have decided to conduct regular class room academic activities to the students who are studying from 9th to higher classes. In this regard Government has issued instructions on conducting the classes in schools and colleges.
Reduced Syllabus has been released by TS SCERT. Some of the chapters have been removed during the academic year 2020-21 to reduced the weight of syllabus on the students. This will enable the students and teachers to participate in school academic activities. Reducing the syllabus makes the students to increase their interest on regular studies and it makes them easier to carry on with the lessons.
The teachers should know the details about the reduced syllabus. According to the reduced syllabus teachers have to proceed and to make the students to fall in the track of regular academic activities.
