The Government of Telangana has issued admission notification of TGCET through which the students will be allowed to write and entrance test to get admissions in 5th class in various residential schools of Telangana State. As a part of KG to PG the Government of Telangana is providing admissions in its residential school through an entrance test which is known as TGCET. Through TGCET admissions will be provided in class of 5th in various residential schools like TSWRIES TTWRIES MJPTBCWRIES TRIES.
In order to get admission in 5th class in residential schools, students have to submit their applications through online in TGCET official website.

Notification Date 10-03-2021
Online Application Submission started from 10-03-2021
Last Date to pay fee online 10-05-2021
Last Date to submission online application 10-05-2021
Eligibility to apply TGCET
OC and BC category students should be born between 01-09-2010 and 31-08-2012(9 Years should be completed but not exceeded 11 years)
SC and ST category students should be born between 01-09-2008 and 31-08-2012(9 Years should be completed but not exceeded 13 years)
SC converted christian category students should be born between 01-09-2008 and 31-08-2012
Annual Income Eligibility to apply TGCET
Rural Students below Rs 150000/-
Urban Students below Rs 200000/-
TGCET Entrance Test Pattern
Entrance Test Question Paper will be in the following pattern
1) Telugu - 20 Marks
2) English - 25 Marks
3) Mathematics - 25 Marks
4) Environmental Science - 20 Marks
5) Mental Ability - 10 Marks
OMR Sheet will be provided to mark/bubble answers.
Question paper will be provided in Telugu and English Medium.

Enter Date of Birth
Enter Mobile Number of parent
Select District
Select payment method(Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card)
Make payment
Save/Print the payment receipt
Now click on Online Application Link
Fill all the columns
Upload photo & signature of the candidate
fill the remaining details of the candidates
Click on preview
if Details are found correct
Then click on submit
Take the online submitted application print/Save pdf copy.
