Telangana School Complex Meetings September 2026 Dates, Agenda & Minute to Minute Programme - Rc.No.111

The Director, School Education & State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Telangana, Hyderabad (Dr. E. Naveen Nicolas, IAS) has released proceedings Rc.No.111/C&T/SCERT/TG/2025 Date:19-09-2026 for conduct of 1-Day School Complex Meeting for September 2026 for Pre-Primary, Primary, Upper Primary and High School teachers.

As per Academic Calendar 2026-27: Six (6) School Complex Meetings are to be conducted in July, August, September, November, December and February for one day.

The

Important Instructions for Pre-Primary Complexes (New from Sep 2026)

• DEOs can start conducting School Complex Meetings for Pre-Primary Instructors from September 2026.
• Identify required number of School Complex Centres based on number of Pre-Primary Instructors across the district.
• A school without a subject School Complex should be selected as Pre-Primary School Complex Centre.
• On the day of Complex Meeting, responsibility of Pre-Primary School will be undertaken by Primary/Upper Primary HM + one teacher + AAYA to ensure no disruption.
• Identified Primary Complex Resource Person, under guidance of Complex HM, shall conduct the meeting effectively.

Agenda for September 2026 Meetings

For Pre-Primary & Primary (Class I to V):

• CHM & Academic Panel review of school visits; teachers' best practice sharing
• Analysis of PRS 2024 Competencies and question types (Grade 3)
• Remediation lesson plan execution using demo video
• District's Priorities session
• TLM preparation work time (in groups)

For Upper Primary / High School (VI to X):

• Review on children learning levels on the basis of FAs school wise and class wise
• Analysis of PRS 2024 Competencies and question types (Grade 6 and 9)
• Demonstration of Model Lesson
• Identification of LOs and teaching strategies
• Preparation of action plan for SSC Exams

Minute to Minute Programme - Key Points

All meetings will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Attendance will be captured through Telangana School Education Mobile App and an individual online certificate will be generated. HMs must upload Minutes of Meeting on the App after each meeting.

Annexure - I (Pre-Primary - 29.09.2026): Attendance, Prayer, Briefing, Reflections on Learnings, Discussion on SCERT Pre-Primary Guidelines, Teacher Handbook & Student Workbook, Story cards & QR Codes, Learning corners, How to conduct assessments, Preparation for Aug-Sept teaching, Learning blocks demo, TLM preparation.
